Where do we begin?
Open the app, set up a child profile with a nickname and age, and start the first lesson in the Warm-up world. Each step waits for your child — tap Ready to continue.
Can several children use one device?
Yes. Up to 5 child profiles, each with its own journal and progress. Switch profiles from the profile picture.
Photos & drawings
The photo looks crooked or dark.
Place the paper on a flat, plain surface in good light and keep all four corners in view. Sketchling straightens and brightens the page automatically.
Can we skip the photo?
Yes. Children can continue without photographing a drawing.
How do I remove a drawing?
Open the Journal, choose the drawing and tap Delete. It's removed from your account too.
Account & data
Do I need an email address?
No. A guest account is created automatically so drawings can be saved. A grown-up can add an email later to keep the account safe across devices.
How do I turn analytics off?
Usage analytics are off unless a grown-up turned them on. You can change this any time in Settings.
How do I delete everything?
Follow the steps on the account deletion page. Delete your account →
