These terms apply to the Sketchling apps and web app ("Sketchling"), made by HinaYuri Labs (an independent app studio based in Vietnam). By using Sketchling you agree to them. If you are a child, please read them with a parent or guardian.
1. Family use
Sketchling is a learn-to-draw app for children and families. The account must be created and managed by an adult (a parent, guardian or teacher), who is responsible for how children use it. You may use Sketchling for personal, family and non-commercial classroom use.
2. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sketchling on devices you own or control. Lessons, characters, artwork, music, voices and software are owned by HinaYuri Labs and protected by law. Please do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them, except printing lesson sheets for your own family or class.
3. Your drawings
Drawings, photos and recordings your family makes stay yours. You let us store, process and show them only to run the app for you (for example to sync your journal or to show a drawing you chose to share). You can delete them at any time.
4. Sharing and acceptable use
Share links are created only by a grown-up. Do not use Sketchling to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, or that shows other people's personal information, and do not try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Subscriptions
Some content may require a subscription where it is offered (currently iOS and the web; the Android app has no purchases at this time). Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, Google or Stripe under their terms, renew automatically until cancelled in the store or account settings, and any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds follow the store's rules and applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Sketchling running and improving, but features and content may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here and tell grown-ups in the app about important changes.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
Sketchling is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties beyond those required by law, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using Sketchling and delete your account at any time (how). We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
