Short version: this website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party requests. It stores nothing on your device. If you email us, we use your message only to reply. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what that app does.
1. Who we are
HinaYuri Labs is an independent app studio based in Vietnam ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: privacy@hinayurilabs.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the website at hinayurilabs.com (including the app pages served at addresses such as sketchling.hinayurilabs.com) and email you send to an @hinayurilabs.com address. Each app we make has its own privacy policy, listed on our legal page; for anything that happens inside an app, the app's policy applies.
3. When you visit this website
- No cookies, no local storage. The website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser.
- No analytics or trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking tool, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- No third-party requests. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact any other company when you read our pages.
- Hosting. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request information (such as the page requested, time and browser type) to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.
4. When you email us
If you write to us (for example hello@, privacy@ or an app address such as sketchling@hinayurilabs.com), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Messages are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox operated by Google (Gmail) on our behalf.
Please do not send us a child's full name, photos of children or other sensitive information. A nickname is enough for us to help.
5. Children
This website is written for parents, teachers and other grown-ups. It does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Our children's apps are designed under children's privacy laws; see each app's policy for details.
6. Sharing and selling
We never sell, rent or trade personal data, and we never share it for advertising. We use only the service providers named above (Cloudflare for hosting and email routing, Google for the mailbox), which process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
7. Where data is processed
Cloudflare and Google operate worldwide, including in the United States and the European Union, and use standard contractual safeguards for international transfers.
8. How long we keep it
- Emails: as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 3 years after the conversation ends, unless the law requires longer.
- Hosting request data: kept by Cloudflare for a short period for security, under its own policy.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive a copy. Write to privacy@hinayurilabs.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority. We follow the principles of the EU/UK GDPR, the US COPPA and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
10. Changes
When we change this policy we publish the new version here with a new version number and date, and record the change in the change history below.
